Description

Homemade tenders are crispy, breaded pieces of chicken, often loved for their flavorful taste and tender texture.

They are often enjoyed as an aperitif or as a main course for children.

Our tenders are breaded with corn flakes which will make them very crispy.


Butcher's Advice

  • In a non-stick pan, heat enough cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  • When the oil is hot, carefully add the breaded tenders to the pan.
  • Cook the tenders for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked inside.
  • In the oven, preheat your oven to 190°, once hot; Place your tenders on parchment paper for 18 minutes.
  • Let them rest for 2 minutes and serve them.
