Carpaccio plate for 1 person including at least 170 g of meat.
Squeeze the juice of a lemon and gently pour it over the slices of meat. Lemon juice will help "cook" the meat slightly.
Drizzle the slices of meat with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
If you like, you can add shavings of parmesan on top of the carpaccio to add an extra touch of flavor.
If you like more balanced flavors, you can place a few rocket leaves on the carpaccio.
Serve immediately as a light starter.
