Description

Label rouge free-range chicken is a chicken raised outdoors, fed with natural foods and selected for its exceptional taste quality.

Our chickens come from the South-West and are raised for a minimum of 100 days.

Its flesh is firm, tasty and melts in the mouth.


Butcher's Advice

  • Preheat your oven to around 180°C to 200°C.
  • Season the Label Rouge chicken inside and out with salt, pepper and other spices or herbs of your choice. If desired, add aromatics like minced garlic, chopped onions or fresh herbs inside the chicken for added flavor.
  • Lightly drizzle the Label Rouge chicken with olive oil or melted butter to help it brown and stay juicy while cooking.
  • Bake the chicken for about 20 minutes per pound (450 grams) of chicken. Cooking times may vary depending on the weight and size of the chicken, so monitor it carefully.
